Shipping via FedEx

Miami Tropical Bonsai is proud to offer FedEx delivery service for all orders, except in the rare circumstance that FedEx does not deliver to the address you provide.

Order Processing Time

We make every effort to ship all orders the day after they are received. (Orders received on Wednesday through Saturday are normally shipped the following Monday in order to avoid plant material being held in-transit over the weekend.) There are occassions, however, that force us to deviate from this schedule, so please allow 7 to 14 days for delivery.

Receiving Your Order

When your order arrives, please check it against the packing slip. Notify us immediately of any shortages or damage.

How Shipping Gets Calculated

When ordering on-line, our website calculates the shipping charges automatically.
